Pinehurst Country Club Cigarettes Package
Pinehurst is a well known country club with an outstanding
golf course. The North Carolina club had these private label cigarettes
packaged for their exclusive use by R.L. Swain Tobacco Co. of
Danville, Virginia. The back of the pack describes the Patented
Panex Process which used Ging-Seng extract to help relieve dry
throat, cigarette cough and other irritations due to smoking.
They claim these cigarettes are more pleasant and safe for those
with ordinary colds and other respiratory difficulties such as
hay fever, asthma, etc. The cigarette pack is unopened and has
its original tax stamps. It measures 2" x 3" x .75"
