Emily Marks Collotype Prints
Emily Marks has been a longtime member of the Rockport (Mass.)
Art Association. Although she has worked in oils and watercolors
she is best known for her prints. She clearly loved flowers and
studied the natural world around her. Her prints have a soft,
almost impressionistic feel to them. Their modest size and light
hand make them most charming. These pieces would be delightful
tucked into a small space or grouped for a dramatic presentation.
All pieces are signed either "Marks" or "E. Marks"
in pencil in the lower right. We have tried to record the titles
accurately but in some cases could not make them out. Some prints
are numbered, some are marked A/P (artist's proof) and others
are not numbered. The measurements represent the size of the print
itself and all dimensions are approximate. Click on the small
