Charles Dana Gibson Artist's Proofs

In his numerous illustrations Charles Dana Gibson provided a piercing critique of the men and women who inhabited his world exposing their pomposity, self-centeredness, vanity and silliness. We offer four Artist's Proofs. Three deal with the enduring subject of men and women, the fourth a gentle poke at a group of tourists.
