1920's Tydol Gasoline Advertising Cardboard Sign
We believe that this 1920's advertising poster for Tydol gasoline
is one of a "Tales of the Road" series. In it the passenger
asks "Why the anchor?" The driver replies "I'm
taking no chances! She's being filled with Traffic Tydol gasoline!"
The tag line is "The New Traffic Tydol Gasoline. There's
get-up and get-away in every drop of it." The sign is printed
on lightweight cardboard and measures approximately 14" x
22". Upper left corner has been nibbled, discoloration along
lower edge, light soiling. (Stock number 003Tydol) SOLD
