Publicity. 
The book presents a step by step instruction in the production
of this famous poster from the original sketch, through the color
plates and then the printing of the poster and the rotogravure
newspaper supplement. The essay by Pennell allows him to air his
opinions on the state of the graphic arts, assessments of artists
and commercial printers and the role of government bureaucrats
