Franco-British Exhibition 1908 Silk Ribbon
A woven souvenir ribbon from the Franco-British Exhibition,
1908 This attractive ribbon illustrates the words and music for
Auld Lang Syne. Included in its original frame with the manufacturer's
name - W.H. Grant & Co. Coventry. 2.25" x 3.75"
visible in a 4.25" x 5.75" frame. Written on the reverse
is a personal message details the hard times in England in 1908
including a cotton strike in Oldham. There are some stains on
