Dick Tracy Caramels. Dick Tracy Caramels. Issued by the
Walter Johnson Candy Co., Chicago, IL in the mid 1930's. Each
package contained an insert card along the company's candy. The
series of 144 insert cards is a running account of Chester Gould's
Famous detective as he battles various criminals and villains.
