Dwight D. Eisenhower (Ike) Campaign Handkerchief
I Like Ike. Win With Ike. These were campaign slogans
that were short and simple and fit easily on pins and bumper stickers.
This souvenir campaign handkerchief or textile was made for the
1956 presidential campaign, when Eisenhower was up for re-election.
He was opposed for the second time by Adlai Stevenson, the Democratic
Party nominee. The textile measures approximately 27" square.

silk souvenir campaign handkerchief features a large image of
Ike in the center surrounded by six smaller images and the slogans
"I Like Ike" and "Eisenhower, the Man of the Hour."
He was opposed by Adlai Stevenson, the Democratic Party nominee.
The hankie measures approximately 16" square. It is in very
