EX - Excellent only minor flaws
VG - Very good. Light stains, margin crease and or small tears
G - Multiple tears, watermarks, soiling etc.
Abbreviations:
ts - top sheet. A label piece of paper placed on top of cigars to protect them from the lid.
tw - top wrap. A piece of paper placed on cardboard box to give the appearance of wood.
