S74 Baseball Players Tobacco Silks
We are pleased to offer a selection of the S74 series of Baseball
Players issued by the American Tobacco Company in packages of
Old Mill and Turkey Red Cigarettes. There are believed to be 127
different silks in this series. Issue date circa 1909. Approx.
2" x 3 1/2". (Images are direct scans of the silks.
The silks are less yellowed and more attractive than the scans.)
Note white versions of this silk did not have Factory Number or
brand identification on the face. These were on a paper sheet
on the reserve which is not present in these examples.
