1922 Skidmore College Felt Banner
This fabulous banner comes from Skidmore College located
in Saratoga Springs, New York. The woman's school was founded
in 1903. We are unsure what event was being celebrated for which
this banner was created. We believe it does date from the 1920's.
It measures a generous 11" wide x 41" long not including
fringe. The white letters are sewn onto the yellow background
as is the college emblem. Tack holes and paper clip mark at bottom
and two small holes to the right of the letter "I".
