A Bevy of Glass Bells

We offer a small selection of American and Italian hand-crafted bells. They represent a variety of techniques by which glass is fashioned into its ultimate form.

Fenton Opalescent Glass Bell | Fenton Carnival Glass Bell

Fenton, one of America's premier glass companies, was a major producer of Carnival Glass and Opalescent Glass from 1907 to 1920.

The red opalescent color represents the skill of the glassworker in capturing the fire of the opal in the glass. This shimmering bell is enhanced by an embossed image of George Washington. (Stock number 005g606f) $40.00

The blue-green color was the most popular. It has been recreated in bell form as close to the original color and iridescence as possible. (Stock number 005g606e) $40.00
