Please include day time phone number for us to call to confirm your order and shipping charges, stock number and item description. Do not mail checks unless you have been advised of availability and shipping charges.

American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted on most items.

All domestic shipments are made via UPS or FEDEX and are tracked and insured. USPS shipment is not available.

All requests to return merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise return policies vary by dealer. If you wish to return merchandise call (617) 332-0439 between 10 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time for an authorization. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

Reference books, price guides, sheet music and music books may not be returned. Defective books will be exchanged for the same title, if available.

Please examine your purchases promptly for shipping damage and report any damage to us so that we may begin the insurance claims process. All shipping damage claims must be in accordance with the carrier's policies.
