"La Fayette 1757-1834 Exposition Du Centenaire",
Juin-Octobre 1934, A L'Orangerie Des Tuileries. Poster for the
exposition on the hundredth anniversary of La Fayette's death.
Lower left corner of poster is marked "Edition Des Musees
Nationaux", and lower right corner is marked "Mourlot,
IMP. Paris." Poster is approx. 20-1/4" x 28-1/2",
and has been linen backed by previous owner. Poster shows some
edge and corner wear with some assorted light wrinkles and creases.
There is a horizontal crease through the center of the poster
from once being folded. Edges of poster are tanned, and there
are a few light soiled spots, nothing major. Colors are still
bright and poster is nicely detailed. (Stock Number 003Lafayette)
