Smokey the Bear Poster
Smokey the Bear, that beloved and universally recognized
spokesanimal of the Forest Service, urges us to be careful with
matches, smokes, campfires and any fire. This poster, dated 1952,
was to be displayed in support of the nation-wide cooperative
forest fire prevention campaign. Approximately 13" x 18.5"
Water damage lower right corner. Tack holes in the corners, rubbed
