Rosenthal Plates "Aladdin and His Magic Lamp" by

Bjorn Wiinblad is one of the most readily identifiable artists
employed by the Rosenthal Studio-linie pottery. The highly glazed
black background is the canvas for the colorful characters of
the venerable story of Aladdin and His Magic Lamp. Aqua, red,
yellow, green and a generous use of gold leaf are used to create
a rich, highly embellished plate. The Germany company called this
series "Aladin und die Wunderlampe." We have several
plates in the Aladdin series. All are in excellent condition.
They measure 6.25" in diameter.
